It’s that time of week! The Tuesday menu plan seems to be a “thing” now…
After last week’s big shopping trip, I’m in great shape for this whole week. I really shouldn’t need to pick anything up, and that feels like a bit of a luxury! Those of you eagle-eyed ones might have noticed that I mentioned stopping at ALDI on Facebook last Friday. It was a tiny trip, really. I snagged one more gallon of milk and some lemonade for our little party following A’s First Holy Communion.
This week, the recipes are simple and I have a whole lot of links for you!
Breakfast– Cheerios, Apples, Milk (for the littles, before 7:30AM Mass)
B–Granola (I used lemon oil and vanilla in lieu of the orange and ginger), Blackberries & Mango
D–Chicken “Caprese”, Linguine w/ Garlic & Oil
B–Egg & Spinach Wraps
D–Pigs in Blankets, Corn, Pickles
B–Scrambled Eggs, Granola, Juice
B–PB Raisin Toast, Milk
D–Poor Man’s Chicken Parmesan, Green Beans
B–Egg Sandwiches, Juice
B–Coffee Cake, Eggs, Fruit
