Menu Plan: Simple and Tons of Links!

 

 

It’s that time of week! The Tuesday menu plan seems to be a “thing” now… :)

 

 

After last week’s big shopping trip, I’m in great shape for this whole week. I really shouldn’t need to pick anything up, and that feels like a bit of a luxury! Those of you eagle-eyed ones might have noticed that I mentioned stopping at ALDI on Facebook last Friday. It was a tiny trip, really. I snagged one more gallon of milk and some lemonade for our little party following A’s First Holy Communion.

 

This week, the recipes are simple and I have a whole lot of links for you! 

 

Sunday:

Breakfast– Cheerios, Apples, Milk (for the littles, before 7:30AM Mass)

Brunch–Breakfast Burritos

D– Cinco de Mayo celebration at Bama & Papa’s — I took carnitas and my mom made Taco Pie.

 

Monday: 

B–Granola (I used lemon oil and vanilla in lieu of the orange and ginger), Blackberries & Mango

Chicken -Caprese-

D–Chicken “Caprese”, Linguine w/ Garlic & Oil

 

Tuesday:

B–Egg & Spinach Wraps

Wednesday: 

B–Scrambled Eggs, Granola, Juice

Thursday: 

B–PB Raisin Toast, Milk

Friday: 

B–Egg Sandwiches, Juice

D- Large Sausage Pizza, Medium TOM Pizza (tomato, onion, mushroom)

 

Saturday:

B–Coffee Cake, Eggs, Fruit

L–Leftovers, Salads

End of the Month Soup

D–Tomato, Zuccini, Orrechiette Soup, Cheese Bread
