Cinnamon Sugar Oven Pancake

I cooked up this fun little recipe for A’s family party and it was an all-around hit, I’d say. Honestly, it’s just a basic pancake recipe, poured onto a baking sheet and sprinkled generously with cinnamon and sugar. So simple, but really tasty.

Whip this one up for a fun Valentine’s Day breakfast alongside some pretty red berries!

This incredibly easy baked pancake comes together in a jiffy and is easy to serve a whole crowd. Thanks to the sweet cinnamon topping, it can be enjoyed plain or with syrup.

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup water

  6. Pour into greased (or parchment-/Silpat-lined) jelly roll pan (or rimmed cookie sheet.)
  7. Sprinkle cinnamon/sugar generously over the surface.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes.
  9. Cut into squares and use spatula to dish up.
  10. Serve plain or with melted butter +/or syrup.
