Menu Plan: The One Without a Graphic



Well, hello, hello!


I’m realizing I need to get on the ball and make my own “menu plan” graphic since, 1) I don’t link this thing up anywhere (that’s SO 2010, after all… ;) ) and 2) I don’t always post it on Monday because, as it turns out, I’m kinda loosey goosey about these things.


Anyway, in the meantime, graphic or no, we’re still eating! And here’s what’s hittin’ the table this week–






Breakfast– Cereal, Apples, Milk (for the littles, before 7:30AM Mass)

Brunch– Pop-Up Pancake w/ maple syrup & blueberries, Bacon


D– Sunday Supper at Bama & Papa’s (grilled chicken, roasted cauliflower w/ parmesan, salad, potatoes, fruit, etc!)



B–Whole Wheat Toast with PB, Grapefruit, Milk

D–Mexican Chicken & Rice Tortilla Soup




B–Cinnamon Pear Oatmeal, Milk

D–Chicken Cacciatore over Rotini




B–Yogurt, Toast, Fruit

D–Cheesy Beans & Rice (date night!)



B–PB Honey Oatmeal, Grapefruit, Milk

D–Shrimp Enchiladas (<– I hope to get a decent pic of these and share the recipe soon!)



B–Cantaloupe Banana Smoothies, Toast

D–Large Sausage Pizza and Medium Cheese Pizza



B–Scrambled Eggs w/ Bacon, Toast, Citrus

L–Sandwiches, Pears, Pretzels

D–Sweet & Sour Meatballs w/ rice & veggies (I’ll be tweaking this a touch since we have several people who don’t enjoy pineapple in the family.)




And that’ll do it!

    You should still link up…its how I first “met” your page and I loved checking to see what you were whipping up every week. :) also hope your knee is getting better!
