Menu Plan: Hey, remember those?

It has been a crazy long time since I shared a menu plan with you all! Rest-assured, we’ve still been eating. Truth be told, menu plans don’t seem to be a commonly shared thing on blogs anymore, which I guess is just a sign of the changing times, right?

Still, I think posting my plans sometimes encourages me to be a little more creative, and I consider that a good thing. So, if you wouldn’t mind, bear with me while I share what’s hittin’ the table this week!

Here’s the plan:

Sunday:

Breakfast (for the littles before 7:30am Mass)–Cheerios, Apple Slices, Milk

Brunch–Scrambled Eggs w/ Cream Cheese & Herbs, Clementines, Buttermilk Chocolate Bread

D–Turkey & Noodles, French Cut Green Beans

Monday:

B–Maple Cranberry Oatmeal, Milk

D–Turkey, Pepper, & Rice Enchiladas

Tuesday:

B–Cranberry Dark Chocolate Muffins, Clementines, Milk (I added mini dark chocolate chips and fresh cranberries to Jessica’s recipe– yum!)

D--Pigs in Blankets, Corn (<– I teach church school on Tuesdays and need something I can pretty much make completely ahead of time. Also? We eat very late, so I want something the kids are sure to eat well and quickly.)

Wednesday:

B–Cranberry Dark Chocolate Muffins, Apples, Cheddar

D–Tuna Melts, Carrot Sticks (date night!)

Thursday:

B–Candy Cane Oatmeal, Apple Slices, Milk

D–Pasta Fagioli, Italian Cheese Bread

Friday:

B–Banana PB Smoothies, Toast

D–Broccoli & Chicken Pizza w/ a cheddar sauce

Saturday:

B–Chocolate Chip Waffles w/ Whipped Cream, Berries, Milk

L–Sandwiches, Oranges, Pretzels

D–Carnitas Soft Tacos

And that’ll do it!

What are you eating this week? Are you flat sick of menu plans or do you miss them from time to time?

Thanks for sharing your menu plan. I love when bloggers post their menu plans. I have found many great recipes that way. Plus, when I get in a rut it is nice to get fresh ideas.
