Sip on Something Good

{This post is sponsored by Capri Sun as part of the Sip on Something Good program. All photos, opinions, and cute children are completely my own.}

One of our greatest joys around here is simply being together and laughing until it hurts. I can think of no better way to spend a balmy summer evening than to leave the dishes for awhile so we can enjoy the lingering light and get outside and PLAY together!

One of our favorite games to play is a simple one: bocce. Even the littlest in the crew can get in on it!

Looking back through the albums, it becomes clear that my husband and I have been big fans of sharing bocce and refreshment with our little ones from a very early age!

That little guy there? He’s stretched into this lanky kiddo now…

Be still my heart.

Anyway, getting active as a family makes us feel good. Doing something healthy for you can be tons of fun, too!

Keeping up with a busy, active lifestyle definitely requires proper hydration. Around here, our children face pretty much endless glasses of water and milk– both are super important for growing children!

Special times call for special treats, though, and it makes it a little bit easier to be the “Fun Mom” when I can serve up Capri Sun Super V Fruit and Vegetable Juice Drink, which is made with no artificial preservatives, flavors, or colors. Capri Sun Super V is a good source of the antioxidants A, C, & E, contains one combined serving of fruits and vegetables*, and is a good source of fiber.

We want our children to enjoy even the simplest of celebrations and Capri Sun drinks can play a fun part in that.

What was the perfect refreshment to enjoy while watching Mama throw a winning shot while wearing a little black dress?

Yep. A couple of Capri Sun Juice Drink pouches sure hit the spot.

As for us? No worries about any caffeine interfering with bedtime. Or our own little black dress-worthy plans.

*Each pouch provides 1/2 cup of fruit and vegetable juice. According to US dietary guidelines, Capri Sun Super V Fruit and Vegetable Juice Drink contains one combined serving of fruits and vegetables– 3/4 from fruit juice and 1/4 from vegetable juice. Be sure to feed your kids a variety of whole fruits and vegetables each day.
