Happy February to you!
Well, I am indeed enjoying my little eight-year-old. We spend last Thursday at Yale Children’s Hospital with him. Ongoing heart stuff. I tell ya– it’s a lot of stress for my mama heart! Also makes me even more sensitive than I typically am, so it was a very up-and-down week for me. Sigh. Alas, we have a plan. As details unfold, I’ll share more of that with you all.

Praying for you all as you proceed with his heart issues- what a tough thing to deal with, but I pray for strength for him, peace for you, clarity and wisdom for the doctors, and complete healing!!! God is faithful and the great Physician- all we can do is lean on Him and know that He is with us all the way. :<)
Thank you, Courtney! An important reminder, to be sure.
