Menu Plan: No Birthdays, No Holidays

Honestly, I’m so grateful for just a calm, NORMAL week this week. We have no birthdays, no parties, no holidays, no “days off”, and that’s totally okay with me!

G’s gymnastics schedule changed, so I’ll have more cooking prep time on Wednesday afternoons now. She’ll be joining the the class of slightly older kids that meet Tuesday morning. Works for me!

Here’s what we’ll be eating–

Sunday:

Brunch–Breakfast Burritos, Juice

Snack– Pigs in Blankets, Yogurt (Doctor’s orders to get plenty of protein in our boy during that mid-day snack!)

D–Sunday supper at Bama & Papa’s

Monday:

B–Mixed Berry Vanilla Oatmeal, Milk

D–Pigs in Blankets, Corn

Tuesday:

B–Chocolate Peanut Raisin Granola (<– recipe Tuesday!), Milk

D–Baked Spaghetti, Green Beans

Wednesday:

B–Scrambled Eggs, Toast, Fruit

D–Italian Wedding Soup, Homemade Rolls

Thursday:

B–Brown Sugar Raisin Oatmeal, Milk

D–Black Bean & Corn Quesadillas

Friday:

B–Melon Cucumber Smoothies, Toast

D–Four Cheese Pizza

Saturday:

B–Eggs, English Muffins w/ PB, Orange Juice, Berries

D–Hot & Sour Peanut Noodles w/ Broccoli & Shrimp

I have a good part of the prep for this week’s meals already done, so it should be a pretty easy-peasy week. Next week, I’ll have to start getting everything together for A’s birthday– he’ll turn eight on the 27th. He was THREE when I started this blog. (Where did the years go???)

Anything you’re looking forward to eating this week? Let me know in the comments!
