Menu Plan: 8/19 – Last week of Summer break!

 

Well, sadly, our staycation is coming to an end today. But we’re still having fun. We have another whole week of Summer break around here and I fully intend to enjoy it! Lots of the meal prep for this week is already done, so I’ll be free to enjoy my littles…

 
Sunday

B: Cheerios, Applesauce Milk (for the kiddos, before Mass)

Brunch: Egg & Cheese Sandwiches, Cantaloupe

Snack: Trail Mix (hoping hubby’s sunburn will allow for a nice hike)

D: Meaty Lasagna with Asiago Beschamel

 

Monday

B: Peach Spiced Oatmeal, Yogurt w/ Blueberries

D: Homemade Sliders, Corn on the Cob, Refrigerator Pickles

 

Tuesday

B: Tea & Crumpets Oatmeal, Cantaloupe, Milk

D: Pasta Fagiole, Garlic Bread w/ Cheese (for the kiddos– hubby and I are going OUT!!)

 

Wednesday

B: Zucchini Bread w/ Butter, Mixed Fruit, Milk

D: Spinach & White Bean Quesadillas

 

Thursday

B: Zucchini Bread w/ Butter, Mixed Fruit, Milk

D: Pasta Salad w/ Chicken, Carrots, & Peppers

 

Friday

B: Strawberry Melon Smoothies, Toast

L: Cheesy Beans & Rice 

D: Chicken, Spinach, & Feta White Pizza

 

Saturday

B: Berry Scones, HB Eggs, Mixed Fruit

L: Chicken Noodles, Jello

D: Spicy Buttermilk Grilled Chicken, Green Beans
