It’s our first full week of having a CSA share– woo hoo! This is also the “calm before the storm” for me. I don’t even want to talk about next week’s schedule… it makes me weep a little bit to look at it. But, for the time being, I’m going to enjoy cooking and being home quite a bit!
Here’s what we’re serving up this week:
Sunday–
B: Cheerios, Yogurt, OJ (for the kiddos, before Mass)
Brunch: Pancakes, Mixed Fruit
Lunch: Trail Mix and apples on a hike!
D: Not sure, yet…
Monday–
B: Tea & Crumpets Oatmeal w/ Blueberries, Milk
D: Stuffed Meatball Sandwiches, Carrot Sticks
Tuesday–
B: Egg & Cheese Oatmeal, OJ
D: Chicken Parm, Fettucine Alfredo, Broccoli
Wednesday–
B: Maple Sausage Oatmeal, Apples, Milk
D: Fried Haddock, Brown Rice, Salad
Thursday–
B: Vanilla Nut Oatmeal, Milk
D: Salmon, Green Beans, & Rice
Friday–
B: Strawberry Lime Fizz, Toast
D: Veggie Star White Pizza (I’m banking on our CSA to provide the stars for this one!)
Saturday–
B: Migas, Fruit
L: Chicken Noodle Soup, Jello
D: Pizza Omelets, Toast
