Menu Plan: 7/22 – Back to camp!

I am beyond thrilled that the craziness of last week is over. It was FUN, mind you, and full of all sorts of fabulous opportunities but, ooh boy, did it ever wear me out. That chaos forced me to “cancel” camp for that week, but we’ll be starting it right back up this week… can’t wait!

Here’s what’s hittin’ the table:

B: Cheerios, Yogurt, Juice (for the kiddos, before Mass)

Brunch: French Toast, Sausages, Fruit

Snack: Fried Zucchini

D: We shall see! :)

B: Brown Sugar Squash Muffins (recipe coming Tuesday!), Raspberries (I discovered a wild red raspberry bush in my front yard– you have no idea how excited this makes me.), Milk

D: Mini Calzones, Broccoli w/ Ranch Dip

B: Berries & Cream Oatmeal, Milk

D: Breaded Chicken in Lemon Butter Wine Sauce, Garden Carrots

B: Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal, Milk

D: Hot & Sour Peanut Rice w/ Mixed Veggies

B: Honey PB Oatmeal, Cinnamon Apples

D: CSA Frittata (peppers, tomatoes, other yummies)

B: Yogurt w/ Fresh Fruit & Honey, Toast

D: CSA Goodness Pizza

B: Scr. Eggs w/ Ham & Cheese, Toast, Fruit

L: Macaroni & Cheese, Jello

D: Chicken Marsala

And that’s the plan around here!

What’s on your menu plan this week? Are you enjoying lots of fresh produce or has the heat and lack of rain hit your area hard?

  • You found a raspberry bush in your yard?! I am a little jealous, in a good way of course. :-) We had fresh raspberries when we visited Oregon earlier this month and they were so good. They are one of those fruits that taste so much better straight from the garden or yard. I hope your week is a little less crazy this week. Your menu plan looks great.

  • I’m just stopping by from Organizing Junkie today!
Looks like you’re going to have some wonderful meals this week.
    Our son just loves raspberries!
It’s hot and humid in Las Vegas. I’m actually wishing for our usual dry heat!
    Enjoy your day!
