Menu Plan: 5/27 – Tag Sale Recovery

 

Saturday and Sunday were our big tag sale days. My husband and I had never actually held our own tag sale before… I can’t say it was fun. It was productive, though, and we made a few bucks and got a whole bunch of unnecessary items out of our home– so that’s a win/win! Now that it’s over, we will be recovering. Seriously– it’s exhausting to go through everything you’ve accumulated over 10+ years of marriage and three children!

 

Here goes!

 

Sunday

B: Cheerios, Applesauce, Milk

L: Leftovers

D: Celebratory dinner out! So well-earned and enjoyed. :)

 

Monday

B: Tea & Crumpets Oatmeal w/ Blueberries, Scrambled Eggs w/ Cottage Cheese

D: Pizza Omelets, Toast (yes, yes– I know it’s Memorial Day. Don’t care. We’re not cooking out. It’s not really about the barbecues anyhow…)

 

Tuesday

B: Vanilla Toasted Coconut Oatmeal, Milk

D: Spaghetti, Cheese Bread, Green Beans

 

Wednesday

B: Brown Sugar Raisin Oatmeal, Milk

D: Tuna, Rice, Broccoli, & Cheese Casserole (for the kids– at home date night for us)

 

Thursday

 

B: PBJ Oatmeal, Oranges, Milk

D: Pigs in Blankets, Apples, Water (<– to go!  It’s baseball practice season.)

 

Friday

B: Mixed Berry Smoothies, Toast

D: Pepperoni Pizza

 

Saturday

B: Egg Sandwiches, Fruit Salad

L: Mac & Cheese, Jello

D: Soft Tacos w/ plenty of lettuce from my garden (it’s the best!!)

 

 

 

And that’s the plan around here!
