This week looks kind of crazy. There are some repeats going on and that doesn’t happen around here usually. I’m almost at the very end of my freezer stash, however, and this is just how it ended up. I’m happy to clear out and it has been a help to the budget to not need to do much shopping for the past several weeks!
You’ll notice this week’s plan does not include weekday lunches, though my plans usually do. The meals from my freezer tend to be pretty abundant, so we’ll often end up with leftovers to use up in lunches. I’m flying kind of fast and loose on those these weeks…
B: Cheerios, Oranges, Milk
L: Tex-Mex Mini Eggs Burritos
D: Ham & Cheese Crepes, Green Beans
B: Strawberry White Chocolate Oatmeal, Milk
D: Poor Man’s Chicken Parmesan, Green Beans
B: Toast (or cereal), Fruit, Milk
D: Pigs in Blankets, Corn
B: Toast (from homemade bread), Fruit, Milk
D: Lasagna Casserole, Salad
B: PB Toast, Berries, Milk
D: Black Bean Queso w/ Rice
B: Mixed Berry Smoothies, Toast
D: Pizza (What we have on this will depend upon what is left around here! But it will be meatless. That much I know.)
B: I have no idea. We’ll be really scraping the bottom of the barrel. Perhaps some chocolate PB granola? And fruit? Not sure.
D: Poor Man’s Chicken Parm, Salad
