Menu Plan: 10/23 – Mmm… goat cheese.

 

It’s the last week in October!  That means next Monday will, for sure, bring Jack O’Lantern Burgers to the table.  It’s tradition, after all!  But, for this week…

 

Here’s the plan:

 

Sunday: 

Early Breakfast for the littles-Cereal, Applesauce, Milk (before 7:30am mass)

Brunch-French Toast, Sausage Links, Fruit
Mid-Afternoon Snack-Popcorn
D-Sunday Supper at Bama & Papa’s

 

Monday:
B-Bacon & Cheese Oatmeal, Milk
L-P, B, & J, Apples, Water
D-Chicken Salad on Homemade Kaiser Rolls

 

Tuesday:
B-Choc. Zucchini Muffins, Apples, Milk
L-Cinnamon Raisin Tortilla Wedges, Cheese, Water
D-Spaghetti & Meatballs, Green Beans

 

Wednesday:
B-Choc. Zucchini Muffins, Cheese, Juice
L-HB Egg, Cheese, Pretzels, Water
D-Pancakes, Kielbasa, Baked Apples

 

Thursday:
B-PB Raisin Toast, Milk
L-Buttered Macaroni & Peas, Water
D-Homemade Tomato Soup, Garlic Bread w/ Cheese

 

Friday:
B-Honey Banana PB Smoothies, Raisins
D-Chicken, Caramelized Onion, and Goat Cheese Pizza

 

Saturday:
B-Breakfast Fried Rice, Milk
L-Mac & Cheese w/ Hot Dogs, Apples, Water

 

I am SO excited for that pizza!  I believe I’ve mentioned before that I try to “mix it up” when it comes to our Friday pizzas.  I’ll make one of my hubby’s faves one week, a kid-pleaser another… this week?  That one’s all me, baby.  And I cannot wait!  If I were making YOU a pizza, what would you request?
