Ack! It’s 11:15 on Sunday morning and, while I have fed my littles an early breakfast and served my whole crew brunch, I’ve not planned a single thing for supper yet– help a girl out! What should I serve this Sunday evening? Any grand ideas?
As for the rest of the week, here’s what’s hittin’ our table:
Sunday:
Early Breakfast for the littles-Cereal, Yogurt, Juice (before 7:30am mass)
Brunch-Egg & Cheese Bagel Sandwiches (onion bagels– my FAVES!), Jello, Fruit
Mid-Afternoon Snack-Popcorn
D-I DON’T KNOW AND IT’S STRESSING ME OUT!!!
B-Breakfast Burritos, Milk (my husband has a love-hate relationship with these– he LOVES them, but hates how stuffed he gets because he eats too many!
So, if I can figure out what I’m cooking tonight, we should be all set! What do YOU enjoy for Sunday supper?

When I was a kid, Sunday supper was always “just find something”. But we also always had “dinner” at midday, so no one was all that hungry in the evening. Now, I usually do easy meals Sunday, because I like a break! My go-to meals are pot roast, spaghetti, and soup and sandwiches. Tonight is soup and sandwiches, because I don’t have a roast in the freezer and we had spaghetti Friday.
Mmm… soup and sandwiches sound wonderful to me! I often serve that on Thursdays, because my husband works late that night and it’s an easy thing to serve at two separate times.
