Menu Plan: 9/11 – A Pizza for ME!

I finally decided last week that I really need to list four meals on our Sunday plan.  With “brunch” really taking place by 9am most Sundays, we are all WAY too hungry to wait for dinner before eating again.  Best just to plan on having another small meal/large snack in there!

 

Sunday:

Early Breakfast for the littles-Cereal, Applesauce, Juice (before 7:30am mass)
Brunch-Amaretto French Toast, Apple Slices, Milk
Mid-Afternoon Snack-Pretzel Bites, Cheese
D-Sunday Supper at Bama & Papa’s

 

Monday:
B-Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal, Milk
L-P, B, & J, Raisins, Water

 

Tuesday:
L-Macaroni & Peas, String Cheese, Water
D-Chicken Enchiladas, Corn

 

Wednesday:
B-Chocolate Blueberry Muffins, Oranges, Milk
L-Tuna Wraps, Apple Slices, Water
D-Turkey Burgers w/ Cheddar, Lettuce

 

Thursday:
B-Cinnamon Raisin Toast, Milk
L-Tuna Wraps, Grapes, Water
D-Chicken & Noodles /w carrots & onions (NOT served over mashed potatoes because, I’m sorry people, that just seems odd to me)

 

Friday:
B-PB Banana Smoothies, Apple Slices
D-Chicken, Broccoli, & Tomato White Pizza (Oh, the yumminess!!!)

Saturday:
B-Broccoli, Mushroom, & Tomato Frittata
L-Hot Dogs on New England style buns, Applesauce
D-Poor Man’s Chicken Parm Sandwiches, Green Beans

 

It’s been awhile since we had those Chocolate Blueberry Muffins and I’m really looking forward to them again!  I also cannot wait for that pizza.  I made last week’s Sausage & Onion variety purely to please my hubby but, this week?  That one’s got my name all over it.  The colors are going to be beautiful!
