Menu Plan: 8/7 – Quick & Easy

I didn’t even realize how easy I was making this week on myself when I planned out four weeks the other day.  I’m not complaining, though!  Tasty, simple things are hittin’ the table until Saturday when we head up to Massachusetts to visit some very dear friends of ours and (finally!!!) meet their baby son.

Sunday:

B-Cereal, Yogurt, Juice
L-Ham, Egg, & Cheese English Muffin Sandwiches, Bananas
D-Sunday Supper at Bama & Papa’s

Monday:
B-Caramel Apple Oatmeal, Milk
L-P, B, & J, Strawberries, Milk

Tuesday:
B-Biscuits w/ PB, Blueberries, Milk
L-Migas, Water
D-Spaghetti, Cheese Bread, Green Beans

Wednesday:
B-Biscuits w/ Baked Cinnamon Apples, Cheddar, Water
L-Cheese Bread, Carrots, Juice
D-Cheesy Corn Dog Muffins, Peas

Thursday:
B-PB Raisin Toast, Milk
L-Buttered Noodles w/ Broccoli & Parm, Water
D-Spanish Rice w/ Chicken & Corn

Friday:
B-Chocolate Blueberry Smoothies, Fruit
D-Pigs in Blankets, Popcorn, Fruit  (Did you fall off your chair???  No pizza on Friday night???  What is happening in the PM household???  You’ll see… check out Saturday’s supper.)

Saturday:
B-Cereal, Applesauce, Milk (early before we hit the road for Massachusetts)
L-Lunch on the road
D-A big homemade pizza feast with our dear friends… likely after we hit the beach!  Can’t wait!  I’ll be bringing yeast with me because this will be their first “homemade dough” experience.  No worries.  I could do it in my sleep. :)

That’ll do it!  I’m actually really looking forward to that spaghetti on Tuesday night.  I made up a big ol’ batch of Jessica’s red sauce over the weekend and it smelled SO good.  Can’t wait to eat some!  And, speaking of Jessica, if you feel like you could use a little help with getting started and/or organized in your menu planning, I highly recommend her ebook Organizing Life as MOM.

What are you serving up this week?
